Fpens executive director Mr. Abdirazak Mohamed Sheikh Abdullahi (Nathar) is attending Russia-Africa second summit on behalf of Fpens with an official invitation from Russia Government. The summit which was officiated today by Russia President Vladimir Putin, brought together delegates across Africa to discuss matters pertaining to economics and humanitarian.
